Yoga allows me the space to connect my mind, body and spirit. I love the way it challenges the body and mind. There is so much to discover.

Introducing Serena

I started practicing Yoga over 10 years ago and it has helped me tackle many of life’s challenges.

I begun my Hatha Yoga Teacher training in 2018 and completed the course over the year. I am currently studying my Yoga Therapy Graduate Certificate to apply my Yoga teaching skills therapeutically. This will enable me to use Yoga to help treat clients who are seeking a deeper understanding of self or require treatment or support for illness, both mentally and physically.

I am constantly enrolled in learning and training in Yoga as I love that there is always something to learn.

I enrolled in a Yin Teacher training course and a Postnatal Yoga course whilst I was pregnant with my daughter Lilah which not only allowed me to learn more about what my body was going through but also share this with others.

My style of teaching is slow paced as I believe contemporary life is incredibly fast paced and moments when we are able to slow down such as practicing Yoga allows us to come back into our bodies to find the true essence of our being.
